Mr. Hirsch is a high energy IT leader with 30 years extensive experience in all areas of IT management and planning. He’s a proven innovator and strategic visionary thinker with effective leadership, analytical, financial, organizational, and communication skills. Outstanding leadership skills in developing, implementing, and tracking company business and IT strategies that foster team work, continuous improvement, and shareholder value.

Mr. Hirsch has a successful track record of integrating services across large IT infrastructures to support business demands and objectives. He’s an exceptional problem-solver with strong goal orientation. He’s worked as a leader for several national banks and consulting firms before branching out on his own to develop the successful IBP Associates, LLC consulting firm.

He has his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He holds a Masters Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) certification through the Disaster Recovery Institute International.  He has let two buildouts of a Tier III and Tier IV data centers, presented to Boards of Directors and successfully managed a budget of over 30 million dollars for a national bank.  His industry experience is quite broad, yet has expertise in the financial services and telecommunications industries.

Mr. Sinclaire develops and matures resiliency programs reducing disaster, IT outage risks, and vendor information security risk assessments improving the organization’s risk posture. He specializes in the highly regulated financial services industry including bank, brokerage and payment systems. He’s also conducted information security risk assessments (SIGs) for a regional bank in Los Angeles area.  He spent a stint with a Northern California County Fire and Emergency Management Services Division.

He has earned his MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and MSc in Business Continuity from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont, Northfield where he is a member of the Epsilon Pi Phi Emergency Management Honor Society.

He holds the following industry certifications: Certified Business Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Institute, Certified Recovery Planner, Certified Business Resilience Auditor, ISO22301 Business Continuity Lead Implementor, Brainbench Disaster Recovery Planner, and numerous FEMA certifications.  His focus has been the financial services industry and holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority licenses 7,63,65, 22. Mr. Zachman is a security architect with professional experience leading operational risk management, information security and network security for Fortune 500 organizations.  He has built security frameworks, developed IT security governance, and reengineered networks enabling security structure and monitoring. Mr. Zachman has many years of strategic consulting experience and is called upon often to take on leading roles within large firms to solve complex IT security issues. In addition to providing strategic direction for recognized brands nationally, he is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and conduct information security assessments or build contingency plans to get the job done right.  

Mr. Zachman served in the United States Air Force for many years all within computer systems networking, telecommunications and IT security arenas. He holds the CISSP and CISA certifications.
